Dear Cal-DOCA Membership,

It is my pleasure to announce the name change of our fine organization from LEEPAC to Cal-DOCA. With the "Design Out Crime" name, and the changes to our membership criteria, we are now poised to move forward with integrating all disciplines in the planning process to integrate Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design into safer communities. LEEPAC was one of the first CPTED-related professional organizations in the Country, and we are proud to now share a connection with other CPTED organizations in the US and world-wide.

We have once again waived membership dues for the 2009-2010 year, in hopes that, in combination with the name change and membership criteria changes, we provide a starting point for those involved in planning and designing safe communities.

As always, there are exciting changes that have been made to our website, and more will be coming soon! If you have suggestions for improving the site, please give me a call or send me an email any time. Your suggestions are valuable in determine what services we will provide on the site!
